If you have a website now days it’s very important to give your visitors some means of support.

You could just add a mailto link on your website, right. This is easy but in a day or two you’ll start getting SPAM emails. And believe me when I say this is not only annoying but very time consuming deleting all the crap.
Now you could go & spend BIG bucks on a top quality support system.
But not everyone has that kind of money to throw around these days.
You could also get a free support desk & use, but you get just that.
A free program with little or no support.
Now most of these come with little hidden extras. “BUGS”
And if your not very technical you could get a programmer to de-bug
it & get it working which will cost you money.
Or you could solve all off these problems & check out this very
